We use premium Australian beef brisket, hand-trimmed for optimal texture, then cure it slowly, infusing it with our signature spice blend, before rub with our signature spice blend and cook low-and-slow until tender. The result is pastrami with consistent marbling, deep flavour, and a texture that holds up beautifully whether served hot or cold. We take the time to get it right, so your customers get the same great flavour every time.

    Zaidy’s pastrami is fully cooked and vacuum-sealed, making it ideal for stockists who need efficiency without compromising on quality. It’s delivered chilled and ready to heat, portion, or slice straight off the hunk. Whether you're serving it hot or cold, it’s easy to slice by hand and is deli-slicer ready — just unwrap and go. If you’re getting it in hunks, you have full control over the thickness of each slice, letting you tailor the cut to your service style. That said, we always recommend a thick-cut slice to bring out the pastrami’s full tenderness and bold flavour. Heating is simple too — throw it on the griddle or grill, roast it, drop it in a steamer, or microwave it. Without complex prep or waste, it’s made to fit seamlessly into busy kitchens and counters.
