  • Our pastrami is made using 100% black angus beef. Specifically, we use a whole point-end brisket.

  • We’re proud to be made in Melbourne, Australia, using premium-quality beef.

  • To keep our pastrami tender and aromatic, we recommend reheating it gently. You can use a pot with steam, microwave, or pan.

  • The shelf life of Zaidy’s pastrami from date of packing is 9 weeks.

    To keep it simple:

    • For Zaidys 200g packets, refer to use-by information. Once opened, consume within five days

    • From the deli, consume within 5 days

  • Yes. The pastrami is gluten, lactose and fructose free. However, it may contain traces of the above.
